As part of Hudson River Exchange's Spring series of self-care and organization workshops, I'll be teaching BUSINESS // HEALTH: Self-care and Creative Time Management.
BUSINESS // HEALTH is a deep dive into what it means to treat your business plans, goals, and obligations as a part of your own personal plans, goals, and obligations. How can they be dealt with in a way that cultivates more health, joy, and empowerment for you? What are structures and patterns that support that health? We’ll go through a variety of exercises and suggest processes – how to keep a notebook/planner, how to schedule a week of self-care / business-care, how to do the things you avoid doing, and how to make sure inspiration becomes a part of your routine – and we’ll talk about the rhythms of owning a healthy, responsive small business.
